As a Delivery Lead working with the Defence sector, Yasmine’s work is about transformation in challenging environments, so her innate ability to support, mentor, coach, and roll up her sleeves to contribute at all levels within an organisation is key to creating success for her clients.
Yasmine’s dedication to excellence has served her well throughout her 25-year career as she honed her skills in SAFe/Agile transformation and delivery programs. With over 13 years’ experience in portfolio program, project management execution, and reporting for government and private sectors, she is happiest when her work is having real impact – her delivery of the Child Care Management System and successful transition of Immigration Detention centres to a new contract are both particular points of pride.
With career goals including contributing to the Defence industry, setting up a wellness practice for rehabilitation and coaching, and being a thought leader and speaker, Yasmine’s leisure time is hard-earned. To wind down you’ll find her reading, walking or meditating, sharing great food with the people she loves most, or tearing it up on the dancefloor. Her first loves, however, are her husband, son, and two French Bulldogs, Elvis and Priscilla.
