Project delivery is one of those roles where you end up bringing your whole self to work. For 460degrees Delivery Lead, Sangam Wadhwa, that makes for a unique mix of systems thinking, curiosity, passion for leadership, and a knack for the ‘people stuff’.
Having started out as a Java developer, Sangam moved quickly through the ranks to hold leadership positions at Telstra, DXC Technology, and PwC. Now bringing that developer/engineer mindset to his projects, Sangam analyses them through two distinct lenses, technical and business-driven. Taking this holistic view to align project outcomes with organisational goals means his teams are well-placed to deliver the greatest value for clients.
Outside the office, Sangam is an adventurous soul. He and his wife share a passion for travel and dream of visiting the top 100 airports around the world as they take exciting journeys and immerse themselves in different cultures.
