Anyone who has managed to reach past what they, and others, expect of themselves knows it’s almost impossible do that alone. Even for a team whose core business is helping people do just that. Which is why Paul Lund, 460degrees’ high-performance coach, is such a valued member of our cohort.
Through his fearless approach to leadership and mentoring, Paul is upping our game at every level, expanding our People and Culture strategy, inspiring and challenging staff to become the best version of themselves, and creating value for our clients by developing assets and service offerings that unleash potential at both the individual and organisational levels.
With a diverse background in technology, touring music, and organisational psychology that has taken him across the globe, Paul brings a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to his role. A keen researcher, Paul’s dedication also extends beyond the workplace – he is currently pursuing a PhD in hybrid-work and wellbeing, further fuelling his thirst for knowledge and capacity to mentor others.
Outside of work, Paul’s passions include playing gigs with his band along the Geelong coast, honing his guitar chops, hitting the gym, playing tennis and snow skiing. An avid fan of live sports, particularly AFL, soccer, and cricket, Paul also cherishes quality time with his family and friends, fostering strong connections beyond the professional realm.
