Having started out his career in various operations support roles within both the Air Force and Army, Jaim Geri brings so much more than top-notch organisational skills to the 460degrees team. His true strengths are his keen eye for spotting and mitigating risks and showing leadership as he bridges communication lines between teams and stakeholders.
What Jaim enjoys most about his work is the variety of tasks and abundant opportunities to conquer new challenges. He also finds it satisfying to see the positive impact he has on client projects, facilitating collaboration between teams as they work towards achieving the common goal.
Outside work, Jaim is a talented guitarist who is most often found taking his Harley Davidson for a spin or spending time with family and friends. Fluent in both English and Italian, he’s a keen traveler with a soft spot for his home island of Elba.
