Jo Spencer

Jo Spencer

As an expert Champion at 460degrees, Jo has been a driving force in developing Self-Sovereign Identity solutions and leading Architecture & Payments initiatives.  Jo excels in cutting through complexity, particularly in mission critical solutions for both sovereign nations and large financial institutions.

With more than 30 years’ experience in financial services in the areas of software design, bank architecture and strategy, consulting and solution-delivery across the globe, Jo is a welcome addition to the 460degrees partner family.

Kartik Ayyalasomayajula

Working with a range of valued clients at 460degrees, Kartik plays a key role in solution development and project delivery.  Since becoming part of our world-first technology Expert Management Agency in 2019, he has worked on assignments in the federal and state government, telecommunications, FMCG, human resources and financial services sectors.

Kartik says the best part about his role is the people he gets to collaborate with and the project opportunities provided by the 460degrees model.

Nick Jaszczyk

As a Senior Project Manager Nick works directly with clients on major digital transformation and change initiatives – helping them move from idea and strategy through to execution. His vast experience means he also leads internal coaching to help 460degrees shape the best teams and solutions for clients.

Nick believes clients want rapid analysis, less theory and more practical help, and is most satisfied when he can deliver speedy and robust strategies alongside highly actionable plans.
