Group Commendation from Chief of Army

Last week, a team of 460degrees experts – Andrew Baker, Kat Archibald, Matt Pentney, Andres Cepeda and Jaim Nicolai Geri – were honoured to be presented with a Group Commendation from Chief of Army. The workforce reform achieved by the team was recognised as providing enduring and highly effective legacy to organisational change for the Australian Army.

Over the three year project, the team’s expertise in project management, workforce planning and design, industrial relations, data analytics and stakeholder & change management helped drive a successful outcome for Army and the ADF and delivered a number of firsts in personnel management.

460degrees is incredibly proud to be a part of the Australian Defence Industry. We have delivered projects across Defence for nearly a decade, with ADF Veterans and family members now making up more than 25% of our workforce. The dedication and commitment of our Defence team is always present, with a true desire to use their expertise to produce quality outcomes for our clients.

From the rest of us at 460degrees – Congratulations team, we couldn’t be prouder.
