As one of 460degrees’ Client Directors’, Phil is focused on developing new and existing client partnerships across the technology space; he’s dedicated to building long term relationships, getting to know businesses inside-out and being on hand to provide solutions for numerous problems clients may encounter.
Prior to his role at the agency, Phil spent five years recruiting in the technology space. His first two years were back home in his native Ireland, before moving to Melbourne three years ago to build a DevOps and cloud engineering desk from scratch.
Phil is in his element developing close relationships that enable him to be the trusted ‘go-to’ person for clients and he enjoys having the depth of talent available to him at 460degrees.
He strongly believes the best solutions are provided when teams are built in a bespoke manner, based on need and specific experience.
A massive sports fan, Phil spends a lot of time participating in recreational activities outside the office. In addition to playing the Irish sport of hurling and running marathons, he spends his weekends barracking for the mighty Geelong Cats.
