As a Delivery Lead with 460degrees, Matthew Smit has found his sweet spot. In marrying his Defence expertise with his desire to continuously grow and expand, it’s the kind of challenging and rewarding work where his deep knowledge and sharp skillset can really shine.
Having served with the Australian Army for over a decade, leading teams and providing subject matter expert advice, Matthew is keen to explore opportunities in the Organisational Change Management and Cybersecurity spaces. His talent for supporting clients to achieve the results they need, on time and under budget, have already seen him become an invaluable part of the 460degrees team.
When he’s not busy exceeding client expectations, you’ll find our diehard football (soccer) fan catching a game or spending quality time with his partner. Curious and passionate about lifelong learning, Matthew’s always got a book in his hand – usually something on self-development, military history or business – and still serves in the Army Reserve.
