With 15 years of experience in the Australian Defence Force, Matt has developed an extensive knowledge of the Defence ecosystem. He has seamlessly translated the skills he developed while leading multi-disciplinary teams both domestically and internationally into his current role at 460degrees.
Having spent years in the Australian Army in high pressure roles, Matt’s certainly no stranger to meeting deadlines while maintaining an impeccable attention to detail. His ability to effortlessly switch from high-level problem solving, to detailed scheduling and risk management is instinctive. This commitment to finding solutions is grounded in his belief that building a trusted and collaborative team is critical to the success of any project.
When he’s not expertly navigating the intricacies and unique dynamics of delivering Defence projects, you’ll find Matt volunteering as a Surf Lifesaver, spending time on the water, or soaking up quality time with his wife and two children.
