Project Management Office (PMO)
With more than 30 years of leadership experience in the Australian Army and senior emergency management environments, Jason brings deep expertise in strategy execution, complex operations and risk leadership to corporate and government clients. Jason’s career has centred on guiding organisations through volatility, uncertainty and competing stakeholder pressures, translating strategic intent into disciplined, executable plans that deliver measurable outcomes. He has led large-scale operational planning, business continuity frameworks and state-based incident management responses within Victorian emergency services following natural disasters, operating at the intersection of governance, public accountability and operational urgency.
A graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon and the Australian War College, and holding a Master of Terrorism and Security Studies from Charles Sturt University, he combines practical leadership experience with a deep understanding of geopolitics and the evolving crime–terror–conflict nexus. His advisory approach is pragmatic and outcomes-focused: he works alongside executive teams and boards to bring structure to ambiguity, align stakeholders in high-pressure environments and embed governance, risk and resilience capabilities that endure beyond the immediate engagement.
Jason is motivated by solving complex problems with capable teams—creating clarity from uncertainty, aligning strategy with execution and building the internal capability required for sustained performance. In his view, success is measured not only by delivery, but by long-term adoption, strengthened decision-making and organisational resilience.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys geopolitics, time with his young family on their rural property, and activities like camping, cross‑country skiing, rugby union and gardening.
