Andres is a Senior Consultant at 460degrees, working across Defence projects with a focus on workforce planning, systems, data analytics and scheduling. He supports complex programs by bringing clarity, structure and data-driven insight to ensure delivery outcomes are met.
With 11 years’ service in the Australian Army in HR management roles, Andres brings a strong foundation in people, governance and operational delivery. Since transitioning to consulting, he has worked across Defence, ICT and infrastructure environments in project support, assurance, business analysis and leadership roles, including large-scale workforce planning and system implementations.
Andres is motivated by solving complex system and data challenges and is valued for his pragmatic approach to aligning stakeholders around clear, achievable outcomes. He defines success as delivering what was agreed, within scope, time and budget, while leaving clients in a stronger position than when the work began.
Outside of work, Andres values time with his family and enjoys being outdoors, often heading out fishing as a way to unwind and reset.
