Heading up cyber teams takes more than technical knowledge. It takes a true leader like Adam Hillary, 460degrees’ Cybersecurity Practice Lead.
As a former officer of the Royal Corps of Signals in the British Army, Adam understands leadership as an act of service. This shows up in the way he steers and develops our cyber Experts, ensuring they not only meet client expectations, but progress the overall strategy of the business: to shift cyber away from just technology measures towards also influencing human behaviours and attitudes.
Since moving to Australia in 1999, Adam’s entrepreneurial spirit drove him to leverage his deep management consultancy experience and found Certatech, a successful enterprise which ultimately became a foundation block of 460degrees.
In addition to his Practice Lead role, Adam is also the Chairman of the 460degrees Board.
When he’s not acting as our Cyber Security North Star, you’ll find Adam enjoying his new digs in Brunswick, exploring the cafes, bars and live music venues on his doorstep. He’s also partial to a night in with a movie and a plate of good, old fashioned roast chook.
